Close at hand is the New Forest, providing opportunity
for
woodland , open heath and mixed walks of different lengths,
from our Wednesday evening (Summer) and Thursday
morning short walks, to our full day Sunday walks. You may
be lucky to see deer, fox or badger.
There are some 'character' pubs scattered through the
Forest
giving an excuse for a refreshing stop. Clearly this was a
hot day, more ice lollies than pints.
